Recently we transformed intu Watford with a £180m redevelopment that has brought new retail brands, restaurants and leisure operators to the town of Watford. We opened our game-changing multi-million pound leisure-led development at intu Lakeside to deliver the UK's first retail resort and one of the largest retail and leisure attractions in the south east of England.

We're also on site at intu Trafford Centre to transform Barton Square and are committed to delivering a £86m transformation of intu Broadmarsh in Nottingham.

But it’s not just change for the sake of change; we focus on using our unique industry insight to help create the stylish, sought-after destinations visitors and customers want, bringing people from further away, more often, for longer.

Our highly trained facilities management team is committed to keeping our customers and retailers happy

Our unique approach means we completely manage our centres ourselves, investing in our staff, nurturing and training them. We have 2,500 employees all working together closely across the business to make sure customers and visitors are well looked after.  

Customers at our centres are supported by our in-house, highly-trained retail services team with everything from car parking and customer service, security and cleaning, reliable IT and wifi to efficient waste and water management - basically everything that's essential to creating a safe and friendly environment for you and all our visitors.

Customers can relax in the knowledge that the services they rely on have been tried and tested across our portfolio and are constantly being reviewed to help your  business to flourish.

 At Invida, with our background in the facilities sector, we recognised a gap in the market to provide a cloud-based software that gives property businesses the important information they need to manage the asset life-cycle process and costs effectively. Our business is still relatively new having only officially launched in September 2017, but already we have a number of large customer subscriptions, including intu – our very first customer.
