The cornerstone of The Mall, John Lewis sets the tone with its great service and destination restaurant. The store relocated from Bristol city centre to The Mall when it opened in 1998, and alongside a flagship Marks & Spencer has continued to draw footfall ever since. It’s open until late six nights a week and runs in-store events as well as Click & Collect.
The fact that Cribbs Causeway Retail Park is now fully let is testament to Cribbs Causeway’s strength as a retail destination – with both the Retail Park and The Mall at Cribbs Causeway combined providing a diverse and extensive shopping experience

As many as 73 per cent of shoppers here are discerning ABC1s. They’re responsible for 80 per cent of sales, come on average 64 times a year and spend £65 per visit. They’re drawn from across Bristol, Bath, Somerset, Gloucestershire, Wiltshire and south Wales. And with Bristol on its doorstep, it’s little wonder that The Mall is a magnet for shoppers in their prime. 86 per cent of visitors are aged 25 to 64 years of age and 63 per cent are within a 30-minute drive. That’s great news for retailers.
Sitting within landscaped grounds, The Mall at Cribbs Causeway is at the heart of the expanding community of Cribbs Causeway Patchway New Neighbourhood (CPNN) and only three minutes from the M4/M5 interchange.

The proposed multi-million pound investment will breathe new life into the local area with new retail, leisure, restaurants, community spaces and homes, and will significantly strengthen the region. It will create thousands of new jobs, bolster the regional economy and develop an all-day modern leisure and shopping destination that its local community will always be proud of.
A new state-of-the-art bus station will serve the expanding community of the CPNN transforming the customer experience, providing increased bus capacity and accommodating the new Metrobus services.
