We’re never happier than when we’ve got a project to improve one of our centres – and we’ve got big plans for intu Milton Keynes
Our designs for intu Milton Keynes will add 100,000 sq ft to the current 430,000, and will create a new dining quarter, provide a five-screen cinema and new retail space. The scheme is one of the most significant retail and leisure development projects in central Milton Keynes for over a decade.
But it doesn’t stop there – we will remodel the space in and around Oak Court and Midsummer Boulevard and outside, new landscaped areas and performance space will offer somewhere for people to relax and enjoy local performers and artists, keeping intu Milton Keynes at the heart of the community.
We’re delighted that our proposals have been approved. intu Milton Keynes is already the premium fashion pitch in the city and these plans will strengthen its position, creating a contemporary destination for customers to shop, eat, relax and socialise.
