intu Eldon Square, Newcastle

intu Eldon Square is the retail heart of Newcastle city centre. One of the largest city centre shopping destinations in the UK, it has an annual footfall of 35 million

The future looks good for this vibrant city-centre destinaton thanks to an award-winning refurbishment and a new £25 million restaurant development, Grey’s Quarter, that’s set to open later this year.

The stylish new dining quarter will bring 20 new restaurants to central Newcastle, with a delightful rooftop terrace overlooking the city’s iconic Grey’s monument. Open from early until late, the modern dining hub is sure to have a positive impact, drawing customers into centre more often, and encouraging them to stay for longer to enjoy all that’s on offer.

Firm family favourites like TGI Fridays, Chiquito and Tapas Revolution have already signed up, along with exciting growing brands like pizza restaurant Inferno, American burger brand Smashburger and Taiwanese ‘bubble tea’ brand Chatime.
