In 2015 the intu brand went international when our first Spanish acquisition, Parque Principado, completed its first stage of rebrand to intu Asturias after a modernization programme that saw the centre upgraded and a new customer experience introduced which bears all the hallmarks of the intu brand.

The high level of digital connectivity, compelling events and the world-class service for which intu is already well-known, are proving as popular with Spanish customers as they are with British shoppers.
