Company name changes

The name of the Company was changed from Liberty International PLC to Capital Shopping Centres Group PLC on 7 May 2010 and from Capital Shopping Centres Group PLC to intu properties plc on 18 February 2013

Shareholders should note:

  • Existing share certificates (in the name of Liberty International PLC or Capital Shopping Centres Group PLC) remain valid and do not require to be surrendered for certificates in the new name;
  • Ordinary shares ISIN number remains unchanged. Where codes and symbols relating to the Company’s shares changed as a consequence of the change in name, the previous references are shown in brackets below.
